Administrative Fees as well as Professional Fees are non-refundable as it is paid on getting convinced over the fact that the opposite party is willing to participate in the negotiation/mediation/arbitration process. Unless such event occurs, there is no need to pay the aforementioned fees. Hence there is no question raises to the effect of cancellation so far the petitioners and respondents are there to participate in the online dispute resolution processes.
